Mbase Promotions networking proposal
On all Bookings MBASE take a £30 administration Charge, 2 garauntee the booking.
CONDITIONS FOR NATIONAL BOOKINGS:
1: All Travel costs must be covered, by the promotor.
2: If accomidation is included, the promotor must pay at least half the cost 4 the room.
3: DJ fees are to be agreed between the promotor and the supplied act, then signed by a 3rd party (MBase Promotions)
4: All negotiations are FINAL, but prioir can be ammened and then signed.
CONDITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL BOOKINGS:
1; Must be willing to pay Flight fees (up to 60% of flight fees if cant afford full)
2; must include accomidation, unless agent can provide accomidation.
3; DJ's fee (to be agreed by DJ,Promotor & Agent)
4; Must sign and agree between all parties of agreement, so no discrepancies arise.
5; All Conditions are final unless otherwise negotiated and signed.
